Inserts:
Inserts are placed in our publications which are mailed by the
US Postal Service during the first week of each month. The cost
of mailing inserts with us can be considerably less than doing
your own direct mail.
Inserts should be no larger than 8.5" x 11" of normal
weight paper (20 lbs., bond).
Inserts and payment are due by the 15th of each month. See Payment and Delivery info below:

Very Important: We require four things for flyer inserts.
1.) Physical delivery of your flyer inserts by the 15th of the month.
2.) Payment for the inserts is due by the 15th. . (no invoice or bill is issued) No payment, no insertion
3.) Confirmation by email or fax that your inserts have been delivered (please be specific about the location and date the inserts were delivered)
For example, "We are ABC Inc, and we are confirming that 4 boxes were delivered to the Roseville UPS store on January 15th for the Woodcreek News."
YOUR INSERTS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN OUR PUBLICATION WITHOUT A CONFIRMING EMAIL or fax. So please email us immediately AFTER your inserts have been delivered to Gold Country Printing.

4.) Each box must be marked clearly with both the name of the publication and month.
For example, "Lincoln Hills Sun Senior News, July "
VERY IMPORTANT: If your are doing MULTIPLE publications AND you have UNIQUE inserts for each paper, PLEASE make sure that we are aware of that fact, AND that your boxes are marked according (Roseville Sun Senior News ONLY, for example.)

Credit cards or checks are accepted. Please click on the Payment button to the left to download a credit card form. Checks should be made to the name of the publications and mailed to arrive by the 15th of the month. Please mail checks only to the Roseville UPS Store address below. Check CANNOT be hand-delivered to any UPS Store location or Gold Country Printing.
Insert Drop-off Locations:
Inserts can be delivered to any of the postal mailbox retail
stores below. Please note that these retail postal location
cannot provide help unloading your inserts or provide answers
about our services, or accept payments. We must be notified by email or fax that your inserts have been delivered.

DELIVERY DATES:
Our publications are mailed monthly, generally around the first of each month.
However, due to the discretion that both our commercial printer and local post offices have over our deliveries, specific delivery dates cannot be known or guaranteed. Typically deliveries have ranged from the last few days of the current month through the 7th of the following month (example: April 27 - May 7).
Events promoted in our publications should be scheduled after the 7th of month.
Insert should be 8.5x11, 20lbs., Exceptions must be pre-approved. Heavier weights can be accepted. Generally the charge is $5 per thousand above our posted rates. Multi-page/booklets inserts are quoted by weight. Please email the weight of an individual booklet for a quote.
Insert clients may not share insert space with other vendors,
or promote any service that solicits or provides advertising
services/opportunities of any nature.
Please deliver at least the number of inserts requested. Perhaps a 100 extra inserts is encouraged, but not required. "Extra" inserts cannot be returned.
The requested number of inserts does not necessarialy reflect the exact number of issued mailed each month, and are generally higher to allow for postal route count changes prior to mailing.
The requested number of inserts is based on the number of homes included in the entire set of US Postal routes necessary to cove the target area. Routes vary often and may extend outside of the specific community targeted. However, postal regulations require us to mail to 100% of each route regardless if the route only partially covers our target area.
Inserts requested are based on the most current US Postal information available by the 1st day of the month prior to mailings.
If
total inserts are15,000 or more; inserts should be delivered
directly to our insertion company in Auburn.
Postal Mail Box location employees should not be asked to help with unloading inserts and cannot answers questions about any of our services.
